âNo curtains at all. Small window air conditioning that doesn't cool the whole cabin down. Sketchy ladder screwed into the wall to got to the loft. Any mobility issues beware. Wifi has no internet. Was there less than 30 minutes no reund offered. It is new and clean. â

âIt is a beautiful residence. This is a relatively new residence, evidenced by all the brand new with tags furniture, lamps, appliances etc. No internet or cable, which was sort of a downer. Did not get the code until 15 minutes after check in time. No coffee or silverware. We only found one spoon. â
âCame with car. Parked and checked in. All good, easy and fast. Went up to room. No straight lake view as reserved, lake behind the corner. Went back to to ask about it. Got lake view room. View was awesome. Room was nice size but either not cleaned or done in a hurry. Not really clean. Some medicines found on the floor. Street and train noises could easily be heard. Even on the upper floors. Staff was really nice and helpful. Took our feedback seriously.â
âOverall good value stay. Easy to commute to downtown, even by foot. A lot of nice places around to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. The hotel itself was bit worn out and no sound insulation whatsoever. Single glass window to street made sure one can hear conversations from the street. Still clean and bang for the buck.â

âWe love staying hrre. Love the bands. Only complaints are not enough seating to listen to the bands. And youve taken away waitresses in the kitchen restaurant. Line was way too long so had to go somewhere else for breakfast.â
âThis place is surrounded by nature. We wanted to stay in a quiet area. As we were getting out of the car on the hotel parking lot, it was so disappointing to hear the first train go by. Room was large and they tried to give us a room as far away from the train tracks, but it didnât help. This is something you might want to be aware of.â
âOlder property in need of updating. Dirty walls and floors in lobby area. Dirty carpeting throughout. Peeling dirty wallpaper in hallways. Elevator door sticks. My room had a slight smell. Black mold above shower(I have a photo). Breakfast lady couldnât keep up with refills and cleaning. Folks were constantly asking for items. â
