”Bring some bug spray and your own bedding! Pictures on Expedia are either AI generated or were take. In 1992 when this place was built. It had a certain odor to it when walking in and when I got to my room that was labelled non-smoking it smelled as if someone had just been in there while smoking. I asked to get moved which reception did but the second room was on the second floor and there is no elevator. Was not an issue for me particularly but could be for others. Second room at least didnt...

”Expedia is horrible always default the different date even after you put the date you choose it changes a day so when you click on reservation, you find yourself booked a hotel somewhere else in a different day”

”This was one of the literal WORST hotel stays ever. I went to view the room and take snacks for my daughters before they arrived in town and the headboard was falling on one of the beds, te bathroom was not clean, the fridge was smelly and not clean, and the furniture was raggedy. I went and asked to be put in another room because I didn’t want my daughters in that room, HOWEVER, the next room was no better but the headboard wasn’t falling. The first bed when you walk into the room was dirty...

”The rooms could’ve been thoroughly cleaned more. There was a bar of used soap left in the shower. I also think you should provide more breakfast options.”

”Did not even have a coffee pod in my room. Boxes upon boxes stacked in the dirty front desk area. Building and grounds grossly neglected. Was not expecting it to be this bad. My advice to the front desk woman was to sell the property asap. Avoid until massive renovations are done.”

”Room had toothpaste splattered on the mirror, someone’s hair all over the floor in the bathroom, huge stains on the walls, used tissue in the toilet. I tried to flush it and the toilet didn’t seem to want to flush I tried3 times and it finally went down and the phone in the room had some sort of grease all over it and was never cleaned. Very disgusting!! Also it was right by the expressway and traffic was down to one lane due to construction and there was a very loud constant banging noise every...

”No outdoor outlets for evs and the neighborhood isn’t great, but we didn’t have any issues otherwise. $75 pet fee in addition to $125 deposit was exorbitant! Even worse was the fact that the fee wasn’t mentioned until check-in and even then wasn’t detailed anywhere in writing, so they could pretty much charge whatever they wanted, which is shady as hell. The pool was small but clean, the room and beds were clean, and the breakfast was excellent.”

”The man at the front desk was nice enough-about the only positive thing I can say. The motel smelled like weed as soon as we walked in the door. Our bedding was worn and shabby and the bathroom door had been “patched” from damage. Booked online for a quick overnight & we left as soon as we could. Do not recommend.”

”Room was pretty clean. Had issues with the AC unit in our room. Ended up having to open the windows due to box not working. Also had issues with the WiFi that staff couldn’t help with. They told me to call a help line which also couldn’t help me. Mostly an ok hotel just had little issues here and there.”

”The hotel was better than okay but hardly the 9.4 Wonderful Rating it got. Not even close. I am writing this review because I feel like I was conned. Nothing wrong with this hotel, other than the flimsy bathroom door was warped and wouldn't close fully, but, despite this gripe, and the water pressure was minimal, the staff was very nice and the room was both comfortable and clean. I'd give my experience a Very Good but no more.”

”It’s under construction and everything is a disarray I one was at the desk. I had to leave due to my father passing and they are refusing to accommodate a death and not canceling my room.”
