”Room was clean, big and the bed was really comfy. Bathroom was clean and shower was nice. Close to everything in town. We were only here one night and it served the purpose well. Definitely a solid place for what you pay. I stay in hotels a lot as a seasoned avid traveler and we would stay here again. Same room. ”

”The room was great for the price but the refrigerator didn't close and the pool wasn't available. Also their website says breakfast but no breakfast and the restaurant that's attached to the building is permanently shut down. So it doesn't have all the features u are expecting. But I'd stay again based on the room and price. ”

”The room was clean except for the sticky floors. The property manager was very helpful and even brought me ice!!! All things necessary were there though not fancy. Was good for me. A very safe area with parking right outside your door.”

”Excellent location and room! We enjoyed sitting out on the deck/dock in the morning with our tea watching an osprey family nearby. We had everything in our room to be comfortable and to make our own meals or a short walk for area restaurants. ”

”We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Decorated nicely! Loved the loft! Great alternative to a hotel room. We would definitely stay at Matlacha Tiny...
