”Apartment was good and comfy, and the check-out instructions clear. Location was very good nearby the train and lift stations. We needed to pay deposit separately in a different location in the first business day after the arrival, otherwise everything was smooth and instructions clear.”

”Decent location with ski buss right in front of the hotel. Hotel services are quite small and restaurant is not open very late (kitchen closes at 21, so beware if you arrive in the evening and need some food). Service, especially at the restaurant, was not very kind ”

”Great comms, good location. The apartment was photographed with a really good camera as it looked a lot bigger on screen than it was in reality. For two adults it would have been fine but for three friends it was a bit of a squeeze. It was well presented and checkin checkout was extremely easy in that we just opened the key box and return the key afterwards without seeing anybody.”

”Alexandra Riepler is extremely friendly and helpfull. Speaks very good english. The appartment was very nice, clean and well equipped. Highly recommended. Only one very strange thing: they only accept cash (but I guess Austria in general is still in the last century when it comes to that😁)”

”2 Paare, Aufenthaltsdauer: 1 Woche Alles in allem eine vernünftige Unterkunft für bis zu vier Personen (insbesondere 2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) aufgrund der zwei separaten Schlafräume mit Zugang zum Wohnzimmer. Die Küche (v.a. Geschirrspüler) ist für zwei Paare etwas unterdimensioniert. Die Kurtaxe fiel vor Ort höher aus, als auf der Webseite angepriesen. Es gab eine Kontaktperson vor Ort für die Schlüsselübergabe und Wohnungsabnahme. Diese beiden Sachen klappten reibungslos ... bei Ankunft...

”Nice and cozy place with a personal touch. There was more space than we expected, and there was room enough for four adults. All amenities are needed in a great kitchen. Not close to the ski lift, but the bus stop is just outside the door, and the ride is 4-5 minutes. Bus runs every 10–15 minutes. Walk to village centre is about 10 min. Would definitely rent this again if we return to Bad Hofgastein.”

”The stay did not quite live up to my expectations which I based on previous excellent reviews. The location and scenery was very good with guest parking next to the building. Unfortunately the apartment was worn out with fairly unconfortable furniture to relax on after a long day outdoors. The bed in one of the bedrooms was simply a bad and noisy build not giving a good nights sleep. Fortunately there are many excellent alternatives in Bad Gastein with the same pricing. ”

”Loved the stay. Apartment was very new and looked exactly like the photographs, with an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. Owner was very kind as well in letting us check out late with no fuss. Apartment was a short 7min drive to Bad Gastein center. 10/10 would recommend. ”
