Hotellit lähellä kohdetta Gateway Arch Visitor Center

”Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä, aamiainen oli runsas ja maittava, voisin yöpyä toistekin.”

”Don’t try to sleep in past 8 am. Apparently it’s completely acceptable for staff to come bang on your hotel room several hours before check out and then just let themselves in. No explanation or anything. Even had the do not disturb sign on the door. I reported the incident to the hotel and got 0 response. We checked out and won’t be back after the uneasy experience.”

”The property is immaculate. The staff is warm and welcoming. The rooms are beautifully designed could be a bit more spacious. The weird thing which maybe I’m just out of touch but there was no microwave in the room and if I understood correctly there is a nightly fee to have one brought to your room. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and now that I’m aware of the amenities I would be prepared in the future”

”Excellent location and beautiful old building. Everything was clean and tidy, but recycling options would be a good addition. The service at the restaurant was very slow. The only(?) waitress did her best, but could have used help. The 24h market beside reception desk was subpar. Still overall good value.”

”Front desk staff was very helpful in answering question about the property and surrounding area!”

”Käytävän äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen. Oven sivussa oli selkeä aukko, joten periaatteessa äänieristystä ei ollut ollenkaan. Valitettavasti huone sijaitsi hissiaulan reunalla. Nukkumisesta ei tullut mitään”

”The hotel is nice, but I booked it specifically for the rooftop, heated, year-round pool. I had confirmed our two rooms the morning of our check-in, and the hotel staff didn't tell me that they had closed the pool. I learned of it upon check-in. We were traveling with two 12-year-old boys and were very disappointed. We didn't use the other amenities and would have stayed somewhere less expensive had we known about the pool, which is advertised front and center on the first page of their ad....

”Staff would have been sufficient if the room has been well. Was consistently put on hold when calling front desk. 1st room smelled like smoke. 2 nd room didn't have water, sheets are worn and ripped. Head pillow stained.”

Suhteellisen hiljainen huone, ulkoa kuului hieman liikenteen ääniä. Huoneen ilmastointi puhalsi satunnaisesti melko kovaa muttei häirinnyt meitä. Eurooppalaisittain nähtynä kierrätys melko vaatimatonta. ”

”Clean room.”

”Henkilökunnan palvelualttiudessa parannettavaa ja muutenkin hotellin palvelut heikot. Sijainti lähellä Gateway Archia ok, mutta muuten hotellin ympäristö aika hurjassa kunnossa.”
