”Location.”

”Upon arrival looking at the outside of the building, I was a little skeptical, because the outside of the building could use a little cosmetic lift. But once we got inside the building you can tell that this location has been remodeled and the rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was very good, and the free drinks at the manager’s reception were on point! We will definitely visit this location again if we’re ever in Detroit again.”

”Perfect room for someone with limited mobility. Cleaned to perfection. Courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast was okay. Shuttle bus was convenient. Really enjoyed our stay. This is a repeat hotel for us.”

”The property was very nice! It appeared to be clean but somewhat dated. The morning free breakfast was VERY good with scrambled eggs, link sausage, assorted muffins, cereal, and waffles. Bed was comfortable! Staff was very good and attentive!”

”Close to the airport with shuttle service. If you drive there and need to park and fly, deal directly with the hotel. Third party bookings don't allow for Park and Fly. Lesson learned. The hotel is located very close to the airport but we were not bothered by the flyovers. The Front desk people were super nice and knowledgable. They helped with printing a boarding pass too. The room was well equipped but dated. The carpeting needs a good cleaning. The Breakfast bar was handy early...

”This place is fine. It’s not as good as the ratings scores indicate it should be but nothing wrong with it either. The restaurant is convenient and has decent food if you like simple diner fare.”

”I paid for two rooms during a power outage for my family and withdrew money from their ATM to pay the deposits in cash to avoid them placing a hold on my card but the young lady chose to charge my card anyway as if it was a mistake. That was a week ago Ava my money is still being held. I called and the front desk took my number Ava’s said she’d call me back and I never heard back from her. Also when I went to get breakfast I was told to leave because I apparently was supposed to pay to have...

”The interior light didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. The hairdryer didn’t work. There was no waste basket by the bathroom sink. There was a big gap around the entry door that I could see through.”

”Staff was nice and the place was clean but that’s about it. My room didn’t have a towel rack. The hair dryer didn’t work. The phone didn’t work. The lamps on either side table didn’t work so I couldn’t charge my phone next to me. There were drawers missing in the dresser. This might as well be a Motel 6.”

”Requires a $100 cash only deposit to stay here. Isn’t advertised on any sites, only at the front desk and the ATM is out of service. “Breakfast” consists of bread with no butter and stale fruit looks. Front desk nice and helpful.”
