”The front desk lady seemed to have an attitude that I checked in at 11pm I think she was sleep the room was clean overall I re washed the jet tub they provided shampoo conditioner and soap and towels the fireplace worked but the sheets and covers smelled like mildew or wet dog so we didn’t stay the night and no where on Expedia did it say I would have to pay a $50 deposit ”

”The staff were incredible, very respectful and helpful. Unfortunately, there was no hot water to be had for the shower even though the faucet was indeed turned to ‘H’. Overall, bed was comfortable, and it was an okay place to spend a night or two for the price.”

”This visit was awful. I had my flight cancelled late at night and booked this hotel under the notion (because it was listed on their website) that they had a 24/7 shuttle to and from the airport. Well, they don’t, which I realized after waiting outside for over half an hour and trying to call the property 15 different times just to have nobody answer. So, had to pay for an Uber to drive me just to find out the power was out in the building (which would have been nice to know before I booked it...

”3 staff members said there be 2 shuttles since we had a party of 12. We paid for the stay and fly. Got to the lobby in the morning and there was only 1 shuttle. The staff member that was working apologized and said they only ever run 1 shuttle and didn’t have any idea why we would have been told different. Hotel is outdated but kind of neat that way. Our room didn’t have a working thermostat so it was cold when we got in and hot the morning we left. Bar in the hotel is cool and great service. ”
