”The bathroom was the cleanest of any we've stayed. Breakfast was hot and good. Staff were all welcoming, friendly, and helpful. ”

”The property was spotless, and the rooms were fantastic. However, I would advise travelers to be aware that they require a deposit upon check-in, in addition to the standard hotel fee. Despite this minor inconvenience, my stay was overall pleasant and enjoyable. ”

”Ant crawling on the floor /toilet did not flush properly how to change rooms / new room had no remote control for the television/ picture quality on the television is very poor and remote control had no menu selection on it for the television ”

”The staff were friendly and courteous at both the front desk and restaurant. The room was clean and the location close to everything that we needed.”

”Conveniently located near the university. The bed was comfortable and they had lots of towels. Room was very clean. The breakfast was a bit ‘light’ on choices but that was okay. ”

”Front desk staff were just so unpleasant, that’s my biggest gripe. How these people got a job in hospitality is astonishing to me. Everything else was just fine, nothing spectacular nor horrible.”

”No breakfast as promised ( the person didn’t come in today!!) no shampoo in shower. Shower had issues, no working tv. Will never stay here again”

”I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, more than I can count, and every time I’ve went it seems the staff are always annoyed or angry and they don’t like children.”

”There are no drawers present in the room. I was disappointed with the variety of breakfast options. There were no waffles available. The only protein offered was hard-boiled eggs. The staff member we encountered did not have any information regarding dining options, and she was new to the position. The room are cleaned every other day.”

”The room was perfect for a family of 3 and our small dog. Great location to attend a NCAA gymnastics meets. Hotel was clean and quiet”

”There was an area wide power outage so we checked in and out in complete darkness. Walls are a but thin, we could hear guests beside us. The staff were doing an exceptional job given the circumstances. ”

”The parking was a little crazy with events next door Hard to get in and out of parking lot with event traffic ”
