”The location was excellent and so many highlights in DC are within walking distance if you don't mind putting steps to your visits. Otherwise, the Metro Center was less than 5 minutes walking distance that has Orange, Blue, Silver and Red lines. I'm afraid to say that the free breakfast was very chaotic and the front desk was slow in responding to my requests for bath towels (the housekeepers forgot to place clean towels after cleaning). It may have something to do with the Memorial Day weekend...

”Was a challenge to get up and down the elevators in the mornings and evenings due to influxes of tour groups, mainly teenagers. They were polite but so many they overwhelmed the demand for the elevator! I realize this is good business for the hotel but maybe their express elevator or a few elevators could be specified for the groups use while others are for regular guests?”

”Fairly close to train stations. The water takes a long time to warm up. I gave staff and service 3 stars because the first night our room wasn’t cleaned because they said they were running behind but cleaning service was good after that. our key cards were deactivated due to a system change but they didn’t let us know beforehand. They left a letter at our door after we had already been unable to go in to our room and gotten new key cards. ”
