”Checked in late at night. My room had a soiled bed. Went down to the reception to inform the front desk staff - not sure he believed me. Came down again after half hour requesting clean sheets again. He sent sent security with a set of bedding. Showed him the soiled sheets and he went to get a second set of bedding (2 queen bed room). He wanted to make sure we had two sets of clean bedding. Upon checkout, the lady at the front desk was very apologetic about the my ordeal. Other than the soiled...
