”The staff was not very helpful. Kind of acted like they were doing you a favor when you asked for something. The room service experience was the worst I’ve had in my 30 years of traveling had to get transferred 5 times to get no where with my ordering. Went down stairs and had to put my order in with the front desk staff, then they called us and told us that we had to order via the QR Code. Sorry, but that is totally horrible”

”The furniture was badly in need of replacement. Desk chair in poor shape. Duvet would not stay in the cover. Fridge broken but a replacement set up in room. I did not get the room I had viewed online. I wanted a view and all I had was a roof covered in paving stones.
The breakfast was good as well as the pool.”

”I recently stayed at Hilton Lac-Leamy for two nights with friends and would rate the experience 4 stars.
The hotel itself is beautiful. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi are stunning, the property is well maintained, and the valet staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and one of the highlights of our visit.
