COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS
The primary bedroom has a king bed, a 50-inch smart TV and private balcony access. Its ensuite includes a jetted tub with soaking salts, a walk-in shower and Paul Mitchell hair and body products.

The second bedroom has two queen beds and a 50-inch smart TV. The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination, towels, hand soap, a hair dryer and Paul Mitchell toiletries. A pocket door helps separate the bathroom spaces when guests are getting ready.

COOK, RELAX AND SETTLE IN
The full-size kitchen is equipped with appliances, cookware, granite countertops and a Keurig Duo coffee maker. Enjoy coffee on a balcony and listen to LeConte Creek after a day exploring the Smokies. A washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and starter laundry pods make your stay convenient.

WALKABLE DOWNTOWN LOCATION
Leave the car parked while enjoying Gatlinburg's shops, dining and attractions. Summit Manor is across the street from the Ober Mountain tram station and near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance. Ask Cathy and Glen about concierge services and local activities, including pontoon rentals on Douglas Lake.

POOL AND ARRIVAL DETAILS
The shared heated pool and hot tub are open seasonally. Please bring your own pool towels. Mountain Chic is on the first floor; the building also has an elevator.

IMPORTANT STAY INFORMATION
The unit has an exterior security camera. Tampering with the security camera, smoke detectors, or fire extinguishers will result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund.

Please buy travel Insurance, as we do not refund for weather, power outages, etc. No chargebacks or refunds on fees or amenity breakdowns.

We do NOT allow occupancy over 6 guests. Over-Occupancy will get you immediately evicted with No Refund!

Sorry, we do NOT allow pets.

NO SMOKING or VAPING... Not in the unit or on the balconies.

PARKING: There is LEVEL Parking in the parking lot for your vehicle.

We want you to have a wonderful stay.

Bears/Wildlife are in the area so please keep all doors and windows closed and locked, including your vehicles. No food left outside and/or unattended, including in your vehicles. We are not responsible for any theft or damage.

NO feeding, baiting, trapping, enticing, or attempting to touch the Bears. Any reports of any of the above will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund, authorities will be notified, and you will be removed from the property with NO REFUND!
