”Check in was easy. Didn't really use the kitchen facilities except the fridge and freezer for ice. Used a strainer as an ice bowl as no ice maker but it was fine. Very comfortable. Didn't use glasses or plates because we used or own paper products as not to be messy. Guests in other units can be loud at night especially on weekends but that was expected. We did see bears and a fox which was exciting. Of course we stayed our distance. A nice walk down the back stairs to the Parkway but coming...

”Great place! Easy to find and parking on site. The location was perfect. Steps to the trolley stop and to the main parkway. Close to shops and restaurants. Clean and comfortable and had both indoor and outdoor pools which we really enjoyed. Highly recommend!!!! ”

”Check-in details were provided well in advance. The condo was well stocked with basic kitchen and bathroom supplies. The bathroom was also nicely decorated and very clean. Additionally, the television picture was extremely clear. These were all pleasant surprises to help us relax after walking all day in downtown Gatlinburg! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo!”

”We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and within walking distance of everything we needed. It was clean and felt very safe. We loved having separate rooms and bathrooms on separate floors, and the beds were very comfortable! The hot tub was the best part of our evenings, and we appreciated that it was on and heated when we arrived. The adults and teens in our party all gave it a 10 out of 10 - we'll definitely be back!”

”The location cannot be beat! Walkable to everything in Downtown Gatlinburg which made it so we almost never had to drive. Scott was incredibly responsive, even shipping us a full size air mattress at our request, same day, to accommodate my older son. The unit has laundry facility, 2 pools (one heated indoor that my younger son loved), enough of a kitchen to prepare light breakfast or lunch in unit so you don't have to eat out every meal. If you want to be close to the action in the downtown...

”This condo is in a very convenient location for Gatlinburg. No fee for parking at the condo. It is about 0.5 miles from downtown (walking distance for us). The condo is very clean. It does not have an oven or a toaster oven. I also could not figure out how to use the two countertop burners. However, there is a microwave and an actual toaster. The bed is very comfortable. ”

”The location was close to downtown. It was quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay. The only issues we had was that the master tub did not drain well and there was hair on both the bathroom floors when we arrived. Not major issues, just maybe a bit more attention to cleaning. Other than that we would definitely recommend this condo to others to stay. ”
