The living area includes a sleeper sofa, smart TV, and cozy fireplace, creating a warm atmosphere for nights in after exploring the town. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, with a dining space for enjoying them together.



Both bedrooms feature luxurious king-size beds and plenty of space to unwind. Two full bathrooms provide convenience and privacy for families or groups, while the sleeper sofa in the living room brings total sleeping capacity to 6 guests.

Getting Around:

We are located near all of the action but just far enough away that allows you to relax and breath in that amazing mountain air!! You can walk to the Downtown area as as the strip is less than 3/4 mile from your front door! Parking is plentiful at our property and best of all its free!



Other Things to Note:

Pets are not allowed in our condo or on the premises of the complex. We apologize that we are unable to accommodate families with pets.

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

*Community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.
