Welcome to our 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Cobbly Nob! Located just outside of downtown Gatlinburg, it is far enough away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to enjoy it all - Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Downtown Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Rocky Top Sports World, Anakeesta, Pigeon Forge and so much more!

Immerse yourself in breathtaking mountain views from the balcony, and enjoy modern amenities including granite countertops and flat-screen TVs with DVDs. The condo, remodeled in March 2023, features a master bedroom with a queen bed and a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom boasts 3 twin beds and a shower/tub combo in the adjacent bathroom.

Indulge in resort amenities such as a year round indoor pool, playground, tennis court, and walking trail, all just steps away. You will also have access to 3 outdoor pools (open Memorial Day - Labor Day) within the community that are a short drive away. Please note our smart lock keyless entry system and outdoor security camera for your safety.

Check-in: 3 pm EST, Check-out: 11 am EST. While we don't allow pets, we ensure a spotless space with our meticulous cleaning standards. Enjoy outdoor charcoal grills and essential starter sets provided. Coin operated laundry facilities are available onsite.

Please note: access to this lower-level unit requires descending 6 steps to a landing, then an additional 6 steps. With around 750 square feet, it's perfect for a comfortable stay.

Keep in mind that mountain roads can be challenging, especially during inclement weather. While the roads to the condo are well-maintained, four-wheel drive is recommended for travel during adverse conditions.

This is a very well maintained building! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. They even had some kids books and games available in the bunk room. Highly recommend!

The view of the balcony is amazing. Host was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The condo had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The ride up the mountain isnt that bad as long as its not snowing or ice. I drive a 2 wheel drive honda pilot. My son loved playing the pool and playing ping pong. Saw a vear walking in the parking lot on our 2nd night. I would definitely stay at the condo again. Just be mindful if someone is staying in condo above you, you may be able to hear them walking

Absolute perfection!

Was in contact with host prior to our visit about cooking supplies. Responses were quick and helpful. When we arrived directions made it super easy to get inside and location was absolutely stunning in views. The apartment itself had everything we could think of and more. Felt like home instantly!

Hands down, best stay I’ve ever had!

The location was perfect, the views were breathtaking. The communication during the stay was phenomenal. The complex was very clean and quiet. Will be staying at this location every time we make a trip to the Smokys.

Great view!

The condo was so nice and clean and had a wonderful view off the back deck. The indoor pool and hot tub were amazing, and the sauna and steam room were a pleasant surprise. My only complaint is that the condo does not have laundry inside except for coin operated at the club house. It would have been nice to throw bathing suits in a dryer without taking them down to the laundry. The condo is also a bit further from Gatlinburg than I expected. It's took us about 45 minutes to get to Dollywood and the national Park. But other than that it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend it!

Perfect view

I have 0 complaints with our stay. Unfortunately the pool needed cleaned but that didnt change our mind with how much we loved Tennessee. The location was perfect, the size of the rooms are perfect and everything was clean. Our favorite part was the view from the balcony. The host was super responsive and helpful.

A perfect place to stay!

We loved this condo, located high on a mountaintop just outside of Gatlingberg. It was absolutely perfect in every way. Comfortable, quiet, very well appointed. The cleanliness was A+++, better than our own home. The main bedroom/bathroom opens onto a balcony overlooking the Smokies. Spectacular. Our two grandsons had their own beds (and TV) in the 2nd bathroom. The kitchen has everything you would need, just look. There is a pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room and laundry facilities in the main building, less than two minutes walk. Finally, the owner Sarah, couldn’t have been any nicer and accommodating to our needs, always responding quickly, no matter how “small” the question. We will be back for sure!

Pretty good

We liked it a lot! Everything was exactly how it looked in the pictures, was kinda far away from downtown so I do recommend to bring all you need before going in the unit. I would definitely stay there again.😊

Weekend getaway

We were only here 2 nights and it was amazing. The location was great the place was so cute and functional. Only issue, we did not bother the owners, there was mildew in the master shower and on the blinds of the small window in the master bedroom. We brought our family to Tennessee for a small snow tubing get away at Ober Mountain. We had a great time and would highly recommend.
