When you’re ready to venture out and explore the broader area, The Parkway will be your direct route to all the fun and entertainment of nearby downtown areas of Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. Be sure to drop by the Sevier County Courthouse to snap a selfie with the life-size statue of country music legend Dolly Parton, afterward heading over to Dollywood for a fun-filled day of roller coasters, rides, and live shows.

Your well-earned downtime is best spent inside the home, curled up on comfortable furnishings while you connect with loved ones and reminisce about all the exciting activities of the day. The living room offers a plush sofa and smart TV for streaming all your favorite entertainment, along with a seasonal fireplace to keep you warm and toasty during the cooler months. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV and balcony. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Outdoor resort pool is seasonal and typically open and available for guest use Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle on a first come, first served basis.
