Welcome to Ski View Condo by Beyond Expectations—a beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat tucked in the heart of Chalet Village. With its prime location above Gatlinburg, this condo blends modern upgrades, serene surroundings, and convenient access to attractions, making it perfect for families or small groups.



Inside, you’ll find a spacious open layout with new LVP flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including a double oven), and a washer/dryer for added convenience. The living room features stylish modern furniture, a smart TV, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace, perfect for chilly mountain nights. A private balcony extends your living space outdoors, inviting you to sip morning coffee or evening wine while soaking up the peaceful Smoky Mountain air.



The primary bedroom offers a plush king bed with en-suite bath, while the second bedroom features a queen bed and easy access to another full bath. A convenient half bath is located off the living area, and the sofa bed accommodates two additional guests, bringing total capacity to 6.



When you’re not exploring downtown Gatlinburg (just 5 minutes away) or hiking in the National Park (3 minutes away), the Chalet Village Owners Clubhouse offers incredible amenities. The Neighborhood:

Our condo sits above Gatlinburg in the most renowned part of the area known as Chalet Village. It is about a 5 minute drive down the mountain into town, and about 3 minutes to the Smoky Mountains National Park! The unit is located right beside Ober Gatlinburg and about 1 mile to Chalet Village Clubhouse .



Getting Around:

Situated next to the Great Smoky Mtns, and only 1 Min drive to Ober Mountain, 5 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg. Plus you are only 20 min drive from Pigeon Forge



Other Things to Note:

*NO PETS ALLOWED!

*There is a wood burning fireplace- you must bring your own wood, which is available at most local grocery stores or gas stations.

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

*All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance, or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

*Please Note: Community Clubhouse and pool is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. All community amenities are not available during the off-season.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.
