”Good size and well equipped room. Most things newish and everything worked. It was very clean and the bed comfortable. One big issue stood out. The bathroom had no power socket (e.g. for shaver) and the sink/mirror area was in a small, dark, unlit alcove that prevented easy and convenient useuse”

”Nice and simple. Made the booking, received instructions, everything was as stated. Good points: Had a well lit sign so you knew you were there, good parking, exterior lighting for a dark rainy arrival/departure. Quite overall location, spacious room, VERY well supplied (someone has been busy planning or listening) well heated so dry and warm and cosy. Good comfortable bed, good nights sleep, choice of pillows. All in all worth a second visit. Thank you.”

”Very close to the Lincoln Cathedral. It is a hike up the hill but lots to see along the way. Enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. Good food and very good service.”

”A great little hotel, the whole property including the staff were very warm and inviting. It was relaxing and you’re made to feel like a local. The food was delicious and if you want a snack I would highly recommend the pickled onion rings with warm honey…. Amazing!!”

”I am a bit late in leaving this review as I don’t usually leave them but this B&B is amazing! Me and my partner stayed at the vine B&B in August for 1 night as we were at a wedding reception near by. From start to finish the experience was amazing”

”According to my son and his mate who had travelled from Oxfordshire for a football match the accommodation was everything that was described. The host was super friendly and even took the boys into Grimsby the next morning after my son had lost his car keys at the match 😩 ”

”Really quirky and comfortable B&B with the most amazing hosts. We were made to feel so welcome and Anna makes the best ever homemade cookies! My friend is gluten and dairy free and Iain and Anna could not have been more accommodating. Excellent breakfast, comfy and very clean rooms. Sorry we only stayed one night! ”
