”Arrived in 30c heat. Property situated on ind.estate and easy to find. Appears newish. Simple design. Lots of car parking space. Lobby bright and airy. Lifts quick but small. Bedrooms small. Double bed small. Dining/bar area large and roomy. On arrival I checked in and asked for a quiet room but was told rooms weren't designated like that, there was no time because the hotel was full and it would take too long. The lady was quite sharp and not pleasant. I found it hard to believe because the car...

”The shower didn’t work in my room, I tried to get it working for 10 minutes but no joy. I told the receptionist as I left and she said I must have been doing it wrong because it definitely works. I didn’t want to argue with her as she clearly just wanted to be right. Other than that the hotel is fine but could do with updating.”

”Everywhere was very clean, nice supply of tea, coffee and biscuits, and toiletries. Staff were nice. On arrival the small car park was full. It was also so narrow that I had to reverse onto a busy street to get out. We had to park a short walk down the road in a free public car park. The room also unbearably hot with no air conditioning. The window opening was restricted and the fan just circulated warm air.”

”Located in Glaston, we used the old pheasant for an overnight base whilst travelling through. Family suite was generous in space, clean and comfortable. Kids had private sleeping space. We enjoyed an evening meal in the restaurant and was looked after by the front of house team who were excellent. We stayed for breakfast and enjoyed both a continental and cooked breakfast. Food was value for money and service was fantastic throughout the visit. Would stay again. Value for money.”
