”Stayed at Point Lonsdale Apartments recently — great location, but overall disappointing.
Advertised as 4-star, but felt closer to 3-star. Rooms are older and could use a more thorough clean (noticeable dust). The “premium bedding” didn’t live up to the claim either — very firm beds and wafer-thin pillows made for an uncomfortable stay, and we ended up checking out early.
Biggest issue was the lack of transparency around access — there was no mention of four flights of stairs to reach the...

”Location and condition of the room and facilities were excellent! Furnishings, decor and equipment were great. One of the best furnished apartments I have stayed at. Extremely large and spacious overall and will definitely visit again.”

”The accommodation it self was perfect for our family of 4, all necessary items where available. Breakfast items were exactly as described and plenty of room. The negative for us was the noise from the rail yard across the road,2 bad nights sleep. We live in a quiet rural area and not used to noise in the night.”

”Car parking was terrible, it was so tight to get to the assigned park.
Room is very dated. Shutters falling off hinges. So couldn’t block out light or rooms next door looking in
No window in 2nd bedroom.
No dining table
Can only see obstructed water view from the balcony and bedroom window, not living room
Shower over spa, not suitable for older guests as spa is very deep
Construction site in front of balcony, had to have to door shut to minimise noise
