”Kiosk to check in with a very rude customer representative. Foul smell throughout hotel. No freezer in mini fridge was told I could get one for a extra fee. Hairs in the towels.”

”Toilet seat unstable. No coffee maker. TV didn’t work that good. Splatter on the walls several areas. Stairwells had debris everywhere. Bed and linens were clean and comfortable. No shampoo in the shower.”

”The pictures of the place look great online. When we got there, the place was a total dump. We didn't even get out of the car. I would prefer to sleep in my car than this place. Not in this neighborhood though. The whole area is bad. We went to another motel down the road and witnessed a drug deal. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes to the casino district and spent another 25 bucks a night like we did. It was too late to cancel our reservation, so we ate the cost. It was worth it though...

”You get what you pay for. I needed an inexpensive room for one night. It is very rundown and has limited amenities. My room had a nice fridge, microwave and the A/C worked fine. The woman that checked me in was very nice. It was fine for price.”

”The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke...

”No free breakfast too expensive for how small the room was. Shampoo conditioner and body soap empty asked three times for it to get filled. Didn’t get extra towels or pillow like I asked.”

”The smell from air freshener was overwhelmingly strong. We had to sleep with window open to be able to breathe. There were no towels in bedroom when we arrived. The staff did provide us with towels. The carpet in front of air-conditioning was very wet. There were only a few local stations available. We left before breakfast was served.”
