”These are the cutest rustic cabins next to a river with the best laid back outdoor atmosphere. I would book with them again and want to bring my family next time. Great experience and it is just outside of downtown Evergreen.”

The woman Jenna at the front desk was so very nice and helpful. She helped me with the situation I had with my length of stay which was great customer service on her part and greatly appreciated. ”This property needs to be closed or a renovation. The pool area is in such disarray as well as the rest of the property. The pool was milky and smelled. The rooms had cobwebs, in need of a good cleaning. It eas disgusting. I cleaned the floors myself, and the towel was so dirty after. We tried to go to another hotel in the area, because of a big concert at red rocks we had difficulties finding a hotel. Everything was booked. ”I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The hotel is quite new and very clean and parking is excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a small seating area and a desk along with a large area for the king bed. The only recommendation I'd have is on the breakfast; the food both days was barely warm (scrambled eggs, oatmeal). But overall the hotel met or exceeded my primary requirements of cleanliness, comfort and ease of parking. It was also very easy to get on roads leading in any...

”The pictures online showed a property in much better condition than it actually was. We were told afterwards that the property was “actively working thru a process of upgrades and improvements”. Disgusting hallway carpeting, cheap furniture and a pool that has been closed for more than just our 3 day stay is just a start. Not at all what we expected from this hotel chain. Steer Clear of this one.”

”This property and staff make for a great place to stay in Golden, CO. The staff, beginning with the front desk, were always very helpful, along with very courteous housekeeping personnel. I only rated this Marriott as "Good" due to it being a bit dated in some need of modernization for the area.”
