”Staff was awesome, place was nice visually, room and hallway smelled like a full diaper left out in the sun for a long time. Lobby was cool and the drive to Red Rocks was nice and short. Gas station across the way sells alcohol until midnight and they have cheap tall boys.”

”The pictures online showed a property in much better condition than it actually was. We were told afterwards that the property was “actively working thru a process of upgrades and improvements”. Disgusting hallway carpeting, cheap furniture and a pool that has been closed for more than just our 3 day stay is just a start. Not at all what we expected from this hotel chain. Steer Clear of this one.”

We were looking forward to enjoying the pool only to get informed the day before our check in that the pool was not available. A little too late for me to cancel (and get my full refund back) and book elsewhere.
