”Great location for a stay after a show at the Arcada Theatre. Near the main strip of shops and restaurants. A/C worked great. Clean comfy room with cable TV. POOL and weight room used for storage. They allow smoking and dogs here so MAKE SURE you get a non smoking..non-pet friendly room”

”Room we received had ceiling leak and moldy smell. Bed was awfully uncomfortable and bathroom shower was dirty. Curtains were torn and dirty. Very disappointed and would not ever stay here again.”

”This Holiday Inn Express just needs some love. The facilities need maintenance. The staff was nice and the room was as clean as it could be. It is time Holiday Inn Express St. Charles for a remodel or even some maintenance on this facility.”

”Pro: The room was spacious and clean. I love the fact that we had a microwave and fridge in the room. The bed was super comfy as well. Con: On several occasions we hard a dog barking and people talking in the hall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it for the money you pay. It was almost $30.00 for two of us. I get a better free continental breakfast at other hotels. ”

”This is a flop huose, rooms by week or month. Had I only known, I would not have stayed there but it was too late to change. Expedia misrepresented this place. no hair dryer, holes in wall and bathroom door, rusted metal frame around mirror and light fixture, no carpet, just fake wood vinyl flooring, lobby closed from 5am to 9am, YOU have to take out garbage to dumpster or get charged $50, 'furniture' for aloset all open front (without doors) making it look like a gym locker room with everything...

”The rooms were moldy and everything smelled like smoke. We would’ve changed hotels, but we’ve been traveling all day and we were so exhausted. When we woke up in the morning, we left right away. We didn’t even want to chance the “breakfast“”

”We have stayed at this hotel many times and always appreciate the friendly staff—Kelly, in particular, was especially helpful during our visit. ”We have stayed at the Hotel Arista before and enjoy it. It is a solid hotel, in a safe and easily accessible area. The beds are not what you would expect from this level of a hotel, but they don't deter us from staying there. We will definitely return.”

”We arrived late so had to wait for the on call staff. While waiting we were approached by several “guests” that were intoxicated. While checking in two other impaired guests entered. We had also observed a group of men along the buildings exterior that were partying. When we arrived in the room it wreaked of pot. We returned downstairs and asked to cancel our reservation. We felt very uncomfortable”
