”This Holiday Inn Express just needs some love. The facilities need maintenance. The staff was nice and the room was as clean as it could be. It is time Holiday Inn Express St. Charles for a remodel or even some maintenance on this facility.”

”Pro: The room was spacious and clean. I love the fact that we had a microwave and fridge in the room. The bed was super comfy as well. Con: On several occasions we hard a dog barking and people talking in the hall. We had the breakfast buffet and it was NOT worth it for the money you pay. It was almost $30.00 for two of us. I get a better free continental breakfast at other hotels. ”

I came here to be comfortable and never was comfortable at all.”

”It was very quiet. The aesthetics are very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Cool in-room amenitiese such as a t.v. in the mirror which was cool to utilize while bathing. There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries. ”We have stayed at this hotel many times and always appreciate the friendly staff—Kelly, in particular, was especially helpful during our visit. The breakfast was okay, though it feels like the quality has slipped a bit compared to past stays.
