Spacious private home in Geneva - near college, wineries, and lake!

Visiting the Finger Lakes for the numerous nearby wineries, the beauty of Seneca Lake, or HWS College? Stay in our cozy and inviting home located in historic Torrey Park. We offer a new fully appointed kitchen, updated bathrooms, free EV charging, great wifi and ample off-street parking. This comfortable space offers room to unwind and enjoy time with family and friends! Located close to local wedding venues, several great restaurants and less than a mile from downtown and the lake.

BEDROOMS: All beds are new gel foam mattresses. The 3 queen beds are 14" thick with bamboo toppers and are VERY comfortable! Smart TVs and a luggage rack are in each bedroom. Iron/board and clothes steamer are provided.

LINENS: We provide all bed sheets, duvets, extra blankets and plush towels. Each bedroom has a small fan and space heater if needed.

EV CHARGING: We have a 16A (4Kwh) charger FREE for you to use along with off-street parking for 3 cars. It has both J1172 and Tesla adapters.

COFFEE: We provide a dual Keurig coffee maker (full pot or K-cups). We also provide K-cups, ground coffee and filters, sugar and Stevia, flavored and plain creamers, honey sticks, hot chocolate, and tea bags.

TOILETRIES: We provide high quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both showers. Hair dryer in each full bathroom. We also offer travel toothbrushes/toothpaste, shave kits, feminine products, Tylenol, makeup towels, and nail files if you need them.

HEAT/AC: The house has radiant heat in winter controlled by a living room thermostat. The first floor has a remote controlled mini split air conditioner. Each upstairs bedroom has its own air conditioner (window or floor unit).

KITCHEN: Beautiful and large space with brand new dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, large fridge, and microwave. Filtered drinking water spigot on kitchen sink. Toaster, full silverware set, professional knives, stainless steel cookware, mixing bowls, most kitchen utensils, colander, and serving bowls provided.

BAR: Includes various wine and cocktail glasses, cocktail shaker, shot glass, glass pitcher, cork screw, wine stoppers.

WIFI: There is strong and fast whole home WIFI along with smart TVs in each bedroom and in the living room. You provide the logins for your favorite app. Wifi info is provided when you arrive.

KEYLESS ENTRY: There is a keyless lock at the back side door (near the driveway). A code will be provided the day of check-in.

NEARBY FOOD: This house is in a historic Italian area of Geneva. The awesome Deluxe Grill is across the street from the house. The upscale Torrey Park restaurant is less than 2 doors away, and Uncle Joe's (pizza and full restaurant) is one block away. Easy walking anytime of the year!

CHARGING DEVICES: All nighstands have USB ports built into them for your convenience.

NEAR EVERYTHING: We are less than a mile from the lake and downtown, and 1.5 miles from the colleges. We are also within walking distance of two wedding venues. And don't forget the many nearby wineries!
