keskeinen hotelli matkailijalle
Hotelli on aivan keskeisellä paikalla keskellä kaupunkia ja muutaman korttelin päässä rautatieasemaa. Huonoa oli hotellihuoneissa käytetty matto ja puhdistusaineen haju, lisäksi aamiainen ei ollut mitenkään loistava. Hotellia voi kuitenkin suositella sijaintinsa perusteella. Tosin kokolattiamatot sekä aamiainen saa miinusta tässä arvostelussa.

Pleasant stay. Room is clean and newly renovated. Staff is friendly. Many personal thanks to Sonise, who resolved some issues with my check-in quickly and professionally. Please keep in mind, that afterhours nobody is on reception, and entrance door is locked, so please pay attention to access code, which they email you with booking confirmation.

Bad service
I arrived to the train station with my bags. I walked all the way to the hotel. Front door was locked. I called the mumber on the door to check in but no one answered. I walked all the way to the other location to check in and then walked back (again with bags). When I told the guy who checked me and I showed him the (many) emails I received from property with none mentioning about check in, he said: “we can’t control the website”. And they require you send your passport by email prior to arrival which is completely unsafe to do.

Room ventilation not good. Check out time at 10am seems a bit early based on my experience with other hotel stay. The hotel use access code instead of a room card. Not my type. General feeling is I expect a better management by Mont Blanc. The good thing is this hotel is near to the Geneva Station. Good for you in case you need catch a train in the morning.

close to Geneva train station, however very unusual reception arrangements for luggage deposit. i had to provide a time for them to collect my luggage. doesn’t make alot of sense since the reception states it’s open between 9-6pm.

PROS: Great location with lots of cafes/restaurants at doorstep. Comfortable & quiet. Excellent & very accomodating staff. Free laundry facilities- great for travellers to catch up with washing. CONS: Lack of storage space. No ice available on premises - had to go to sister property 400 m away if you wanted ice.

Apartment is located in city center, close to the lake and tourist areas. Rooms are a little noisy, because they face the city street.

No key cards, code entry was unique but overall convenient. Location was decent. Be warned, the amenties list parking when booking but in fact you have to park at a public garage and pay. The major disappointment was that we specifically chose the place because it offered air conditioning, however when we arrived they didnt tell us it was broken. When we inquired, we were told it would be fixed but it wasnt, and the after hours agent on the phome was not helpful and never followed up.

I had a lot of problem with the code to the door. At the evening there was no receptionist so I was afried to leave the hotel and not to be able to return to my room Another thing is the cleaning. The didn’t clean the room during my stay. I had to beg in order to receive at least clean and dry towels.

二度目の利用です。 夜は若干雰囲気が変わりますが、日中は、駅から近く、思いスーツケースも、コルナヴァン駅からスロープとエスカレーターで運べるので、とても良いと思います。 朝ごはんも十分です。 冷蔵庫が部屋にないのがマイナスポイントです。 ケトルもありませんが、ロビーに飲み物はあるので、十分です。

Nice and convenient
My wife and I stayed for one night in Geneva before travelling home. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the train station and a lot of bars and restaurants. It is a 15 minute walk to the old town area and an 8 minute walk to the lake. Our room was not very big but very comfortable and clean. Due to Covid, there was no breakfast buffet, but we ordered instead, so it all worked fine. The staff was very helpful and we even received free passes for public transport for the duration of our stay as well as a discount voucher for several of the sights in town.

Property was centrally located and close to the train station and Lake Geneva (5-7 minute walk). Hotel was certainly what I would consider no frills and closed up at 9:00 PM - do not expect anyone to answer the phone at the front desk or be available for a wake up call. Additionally, do not believe them when they say air conditioned.
