The flat is well located on the Via Albaro, out of the city centre in a nice area with good access to Bocadessa and Nervi. You have to catch two buses to get in and out of the town centre so if you plan on being in central Genova a lot have a think about that. The flat itself is well sized and should be awesome. But it it isn't. Partially because things don't work for example, the fridge isn't plumbed in, the light fitting in the bathroom hangs free, the Wifi was non existent, the fridge door handle was snapped off and left on the side and when we reported it - immediately - the agent blamed us for doing it, the kitchen table is covered in cigarette burns and only one of the two showers had hot water.
And then the hidden charges for 'cleaning'. Cleaning what I don't know, the massive yellow stain round the toilet suggested cursory cleaning at best. Then more euro for bed sheets (then you get to make up your own bed) then more euro for towels, then more euro for tourist tax.
Avoid this place, it's a disappointment.
