In the heart of the historic center, this apartment offers all the comforts of a modern home, located on the central and lively Via San Luca. Just a few meters from the city’s most beautiful museums and a few minutes' walk from the main tourist attractions. About 300 meters from the old port and the aquarium, conveniently close to the cruise and ferry terminals. Only here can you experience the true life of the Genoese alleys.

The apartment was beautifully renovated in 2023 and features air conditioning, soundproof windows, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, an induction stove, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, espresso coffee machine, kettle, and microwave oven.

The living and sleeping areas are equipped with a smart TV with the most popular streaming services (Netflix, Disney Plus, Prime Video), and a good selection of international channels (German, French, English, etc.).

La Brignoletta is located on the top floor (5th) of a historic building dating back to the 1600s, where the alleys narrow and tell stories of centuries of life. In the heart of the historic center, this is common to all buildings in the area, and La Brignoletta is no exception: the buildings climb toward the sky without elevators, only ancient silent stairs that, step by step, will lead you to a corner of beauty.

The small effort of the climb will be amply rewarded by unique brightness, peaceful views, and an intimate atmosphere, away from the street noise. A true peaceful retreat, where you wake up with the sun filtering through the red roofs and fall asleep lulled by the breath of the old city.

My personal recommendation is to reach the city by train, plane, or bus. If you arrive by car, please note that the entire historic center of Genoa is pedestrianized, so you won’t be able to drive directly to the apartment. I have arranged a special rate with a public parking lot located nearby, at a maximum cost of €24.00 per day.
