Kaunis ja toimiva
Kaunis ja siisti majoitus, isot huoneet ja vaikuttava porrashuone! Ystävällinen hlökunta paikalla aamupäivällä. Ei ilmastointia, mutta vanhassa kivitalossa silti sopiva lämpötila nukkua. 4 huoneen käytössä 2 kylppäriä, hyvin toimi. Kadulta jonkin verran liikenteen ääniä illalla, mutta muista huoneista ei ääniä kuulu. Saapuessa meillä hankaluuksia löytää paikka, mutta kun reitit tulivat tutuiksi, niin kaupungille/satamaan/asemalle kävelyetäisyys. Kaksi hissiä ja funikulaari tuovat aivan lähelle, joten ei tarvinnut kivuta rinnettä/portaita, vaikka oltiinkin korkealla. Lähellä pari ruokakauppaa ja kahvilaa sekä funikulaarin yläaseman vieressä kiva pizza-/jäätelöravintola.

Médiocre, à éviter
Cet hébergement est situé en haut de montagne à Gênes, loin du centre-ville. Le trajet à pieds pour s'y rendre est donc ardu, côtes et nombreuses escaliers à monter. En dehors du centre-ville, avec aucun service de proximité (pas de bons restaurants, seulement un petit épicerie ou pizzéria commerciale). Les chambres ne disposent pas d'un air climatisé et il faut laisser les volets ouverts pour pouvoir respirer dans la chambre. Or, il y a beaucoup de trafic automobile ou scooter à proximité jusqu'à tard le soir, ce qui rend l'endroit très bruyant. Aussi, les chambres ne sont pas isolées, on entends les conversation des personnes dans les autres chambres.

Internet only in hall, no wifi in rooms. No personal bath. Old style keys for only one person, parking on very busy street, difficult to find and expensive. Relatevly clean, friendly staff, good location.

Quelle surprise nous avons eu en entrant dans la chambre. C'était comme une suite! Une grande pièce pour le lit et une grande pièce pour un divan, télé et table à manger. Tout était propre et confortable. Nous avons eu droit à un accueil chaleureux.

Really enjoyed our stay at Leone X Genova. It was a really spacious and comfortable room with a clean and safe shared bathroom. Check in was simple, communication was amazing and would happily stay here again.

Perfect location and super clean, trendy accommoda
Took a little time to find the location and quite a few calls to the owners to get it sorted, but once sorted everything else was fantastic. Accommodation is lovely, the room we stayed is was in perfect condition and beds the most comfortable we stayed in on our travels. Location is great to walk to the old port and all the lovely restaurants it has to offer. Parking is a little challenging, but that’s to be expected in the centre of a big city. I used an app for on street parking and it was 12 euro for the day which is reasonable

Je n'avais pas reconfirmé ma venue alors que je pensais l'avoir fait. Donc je n'avais pas les codes pour entrer. Heureusement, l'hôte m'a fait passer les codes à mon arrivée après confirmation de mon identité. La chambre est très bien décorée et très spacieuse.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte in questa struttura. Camera spaziosa unica pecca non aver il bagno privato dentro la stanza. Tutto pulito e abbastanza comoda per visitare il centro di Genova. Consigliamo il soggiorno 😉

Logement ancien avec tout le confort
La chambre est spacieuse et propre. La rénovation est de bon goût. L'éclairage est important. Le seul bémol est les bruits de la rue de 18 heures à 23 heures , surtout les scooters.

Clean and comfortable room around a 10-15 walk from the central areas of Genoa (albeit up hill). Shared bathroom was clean and the building was nicely presented. The only criticism was the busy road outside was loud in the evening in the room I had. Thankfully I slept through most of it.

Michael is terrific host! very friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating! The location was convenient for us - couple of minutes walk to Via Garibaldi with all the museums and perhaps 15 mins walk to/from Principe Train Station. Enough various places in the immediate area to have a good meal (breakfast lunch or dinner) The room was clean all the time and was adequate. No problems with shared bathrooms and although we did not use the kitchen/eating area - it was there and other folks in place did make use of it The only 2 "ehs" are that the towels were a bit on thin side and have seen better days and that the shampoo/soap was supplied only once for a 2-night stay (would've been nice if it was for every one)

Clean big room
Świetny pokój. Duży a w dodatku bardzo czysty. Gospodarz próbował pomoc w rozwiązaniu pewnego problemu, który napotkał mnie w Genui- gracie Michael! Wieczorem trzeba sie długo naszukać miejsca parkingowego w jakiejkolwiek sąsiedniej ulicy. Klatka z niską barierką i kilka pięter stromo w dół- ja mam lęk wysokości i bardzo się bałem. Cena jest bardzo dobra. Końcowe wrazenie pozostaje dobre!

dalla stazione treni piazza principe in 20 minuti a piedi si arriva a destinazione. bello il palazzo da fuori ma dentro ancora di più. le entrate sono due,noi siamo entrati da via caffaro 31(la più logica venendo dalla stazione). il b%b è al terzo piano di questo palazzo tutto internamente affrescato. 5 camere molto belle,pulitissime e confortevoli. i tre bagni presenti(uno a uso esclusivo gli altri due in comune) sono a pochi passi dalle camere. inutile ripetere che sono pulitissimi perchè veramente tutto nel b&b è eccellente a partire dalla pulizia. cucina in comune dove poter farsi una bevanda calda(offerta dalla struttura). presenti pure biscotti,marmellata fette biscottate. macchina del caffè a pagamento come pure acqua nel frigo. il tutto è gestito da madre e figlio,gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. straconsigliato sia per la posizione(10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e 10 dalla spianata castelletto da dove poter ammirare il più bel panorama di genova) che per la bellezza della struttura

Letto comodo, ottima pulizia
Buona posizione: si arriva in Piazza de Ferrari, quindi in centro, in 10 minuti a piedi. Il letto è molto comodo e la pulizia a livelli ottimi. Peccato che per usare la macchinetta del caffè serva 1€. Se il prezzo fosse stato inferiore, l’avrei usata, ma con quella cifra si può andare al bar. Comunque, lo terrò in considerazione per i miei prossimi viaggi a Genova. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo
