”In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. There was no reception or a proper person to ask about it.”

”The unit is so big and spacious with a queen and day bed, a study, a living room, and kitchen and dining. The internet is good, 5G. The agent was very responsive and clear about instructions. I didn't know I have to deposit 300 MYR cash so I offered that I give him a mix of different currencies. He ended up just asking me 40USD, for formality. Am glad he's that considerate. ”Very poorly managed. The washing machine was broken for most of our stay and we had to carry our laundry to a laundromat to get it done. I asked the owner/property manager at least 5 times to change the towels after we had been using them for a week! Only after I got angry with him, the towels finally arrived. The apartment is poorly furnished. Broken taped up side tables, non functioning plug sockets, one remote that needed to be used for two air conditioners, filthy floor mattresses and quilts...

”no way to contact the agency to arrange key pick up because the contact number shown in hotels.com is not a valid number didnt receive any email in advance so we didnt know that we have to register at the security guide. already asked the management office but the officer there has no clue which agency that i book for which hotels.com confirmation didnt show up.. ending up the officer called another agency people to come and realised that i am not booked with them, they then advised me to go...

”We stayed in this property with my family, the rooms were really clean, the service was great and staff were really helpful and responsive at all times. The location is convenient, walking distance to Bangsar ,( shuttles also available ) however it’s a bit noisy and busy as it is still a central and busy suburb. Shared washer and dryer were available for a fee, but not in the apartment.”
