”The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next...

”Vi bodde tre nätter och är mycket nöjda med lägenheten, det som saknades var husgeråd, men eftersom vi inte hade planerat att laga mat gjorde det inte oss någonting. Fantastisk utsikt och mycket bra läge. Tillgång till stor pool på 46:e våningen var en mycket trevlig överraskning. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Tack Mobinul Karim!”

”It's fully equipped, the management is super helpful. And the place is super clean with parking provided. Soundproofing is quite bad to be honest, wish the windows can be soundproofed and sound from corridor can be heard. Lift can be improved but overall it's a great place to stay.”

”Had to ask safety guy for code to the appartment since was never shared with us. Kitchen utensils very limited, we had to contact to get extra spoons and plates. Kitchen light wasn’t working and wasn’t repaired in 6 days. ”

"Shangri-La is not located in the center of Kota Kinabalu but it is surrounded in the beautiful nature and worth staying. We had booked a nice room in the Ocean view part of the hotel. Restaurant called Oceano, had really good food and service and we ended up eating breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Food and staff lead by Charlie took very good care of us and made us feel really welcome. We did daily trips to the wells and canopy walk and if you wanted to stay in the resort you could do horse riding, swimming, walking in the beach etc. We do not play golf but there was a very good spa located in the golf club so we went to have treatment there. We simply had a very good time. We can recommend the resort to anybody who loves nature and good service!"

"GOOD THINGS: The whole experience was just a delight. We loved every second. Amazing pool. Welcoming staff. Beautiful room. Nice location. BAD THINGS: Check-in process was long. Breakfast line was also very long and we didn't go there. We went elsewhere."
