”Clean room and very spacious. There’s kitchen area which is perfect if you want to cook. There’s microwave and refrigerator. And very helpful and friendly staffs. Overall, very nice hotel! I will for sure go back! 😊”

”Beautiful spot. Close to many restaurants. Stayed in the second suite. Everything was great. A bit noisy from the suite upstairs but otherwise loved it. Would definitely recommend.”

”Lovely new boutique hotel, superbe location, very tastefully designed rooms and quick response to all of my questions and requests. The reso Bellini downstairs serves great cocktails and gourmet japanese italian fusion. I highly recommend, a great stay!!”

”The only issue is it’s not accessible for anyone who is not able bodied. I stayed for work and put it on our list but we will have to find other places for our folks who have accessibility issues. Otherwise, it was great in many ways.”

”I requested for cleaning on a Wednesday in the middle of my stay however, the lady at the front desk must not have inputted it in the system because it never happened. They comp me for this by providing the cleaning the following day and extending my checkout time on my last day the renovation was so noisy that it woke me up. Everything else was perfect. Amenities was great especially for staying for a business conference for a week. Location was also great. Everything was about 20 minutes away.”

”It is beside the US consulate. Across the street from the Superior Court of Ontario and was in walking distance of Sick Children’s Hospital. Toronto General Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital and the Toronto Rehab Institute all part of the are across the street from Sick Children’s Hospital. The Toronto Eaton Centre (shopping) is a 10 minute walk. It is an old building and more like you would find in European cities or the UK. Not flashy. Quiet and comfortable.”

”The beds kind of smell like mildew, there is no air or heat in the building, but I was on the fifth floor so therefore it was extremely hot to the point where it was so uncomfortable to be in the room, when I tried to call and get help with it, they told me there’s nothing that they could do! When I first got there to check in a man tried to get me to pay twice after already booking and paying with Expedia. Totally seemed like a scam.
