”We enjoyed our stay here very much. Love the schoolhouse vibe. The staff were welcoming and friendly. One suggestion would be to install towel hanging hooks or rings on the framing wall outside the shower. The shelf above the toilet is a risky spot for towels. The hooks on the door is just enough to hang robes or clothings.”

”The location is excellent, you can walk to everything! Plus the parking is free. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. We were there to celebrate our 46th anniversary and they surprised us with a sweet note and bottle of wine. The breakfast is great as well and included with your stay. ( there is a train track right by the hotel, (I never even heard it - as it went super slow by the hotel) We would definitely stay there again”

”Nice, though older, well-kept property. Rooms need a microwave and a nice bfast. Dislike people being allowed to smoke right outside their room, which is also, right outside their neighbor's room, too. Almost always had to pass through smoking entering or leaving room. Consequently, Will not stay there again.”

”When we checked in no one asked us for a security deposit for our dog. When I was checking out the front desk person was surprised that we did not leave a deposit. We are now in your Macon, GA. hotel and I told the person at the front I had a service dog . All she did was had me fill out a form & a small $25. refundable deposit Just thought you should know”

”I love this place, I have been staying here for over 10 years. Close to beach and restaurants. Always clean rooms, quite , breakfast was less than desirable but for the price and location it is great.”

”This was the second time I brought my team and families to stay at this hotel. I was glad to see the hotel had been well kept over the year and many of the staff was still employed there. The only change was the reduction of breakfast items. The large variety was missed.”

”Great one night stay! Check-in was quick and smooth and the clerk was super friendly. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped, a/c nice and cool (essential in the FL July heat!), and plenty of parking. There is a nightly parking charge - I think it was $15. Breakfast was pretty good - hot and cold options (bacon was really good, packaged pastries were pretty good). It's a quick walk to the beach and there is a great skate park just out the back door. Convenience store and great seafood...
