”Room was exactly as pictured, most amazing view of Nubble Light with breathtaking Sunrise!!! Staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Our room was beautiful but the bed was old and horrible will have to buy a mattress topper for next time, and those chairs aren't comfortable either but the view is fantastic!!!”

”The rooms are always clean and you always have what you need, the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful place we stay a night every other weekend at least and have never been disappointed.”

”We loved the hotel and view from our room. The size of the room was great and felt like a bedroom and not a hotel room! Only negative about the stay was the ramp to the door at the meeting house was not shoveled and only way to roll the suitcase or bell cart so that was a bit dangerous ”

”Loved this Inn! Everything was spotless, the bed very comfortable, the service excellent, and the breakfast buffet very yummy and diverse (even in winter when I'm sure there weren't many guests). Highly recommend this Inn.”

”The water was super hot, was able to have a nice bubble bath and there was a separate heater in the bathroom. Although I wasn't there to shop, the outlets and restaurants are very close by. ”

”Had a couple hiccup’s our first night but the staff was amazingly accommodating and we had a great stay! Breakfast each morning was really enjoyable with many options for a light breakfast and fresh coffee. Overall a very nice place to stay when in Portsmouth with cozy areas by the fireplace to relax after walking and shopping downtown. We would definitely stay here again. ”
