”Location is very convenient for going to the beach. Pool facilities are very over crowded. Lots of voice at night and in morning from children running. Definitely a very good family destination. Room was clean and comfortable.”

”Beautiful room and the best view and sounds of the ocean. Great restaurant underneath. I’m an early riser but it is really noisy starting first thing on the morning. Traffic and deliveries. If you like privacy in your deck ask for the 3rd floor.”

”They need to get regular size pillows . The shower had 3 knobs to control the water , when I turned on the shower water still poured out of the faucet also . Be careful the water was extremely hot . Sink in bathroom had no hot water . Pool was nice . The building is not level . Air conditioning was kind of loud . Definitely needs so updates .”

”Across the street from a great section of the beach- staff here were fantastic. Little hiccup with the reservation through expedia, but it got sorted right out with no stress. Rooms are clean, bed was suoer comfortable, and honestly of all things the shower was a family favorite! Will absolutely book here anytime we come to York again in the future!”

”The lobby smelled like weed and there was a guy dealing in the parking lot all afternoon and evening. Cigarette holes in the bed spread. Holes in the curtains. Door at the end of the hall to the outside was off its hinges. Wi-Fi didn't work. Do not go there. We left just after 7:00 am. Couldn't wait to leave.”

”For the price it was decent for a quick passing through. Room was clean but had off putting smell about it. Pool was not maintained. There seemed to be multiple more permanent residents living at the motel that were hanging out smoking outside our door. Friendly but off putting.”

”The property was convenient to downtown Dover eateries and had ample parking in a kind of protected courtyard. Our room could have used some TLC. The walls in the bathroom were rough from previous changes and paint, with one spot of drywall exposed from something previously hung on it. There was a void in the ceramic tile on the bathroom floor for an access panel of some sort. The carpet in our room was in need of a serious cleaning or replacement. The staff in the lobby at check-in and...
