”The staff was friendly, but the property was in need of some TLC. The whole place could use a deep cleaning. The complimentary breakfast was less than expected, and I did not expect much. The box spring stored in the breakfast room kind of summed up the experience. Great place to stay if you like engine brakes throughout the night.”

”The owers was very pleasant and helpful! for only owning the hotel 15 days before we arrived 05/19/26 the had got a lot done (such as new paint, new carpet, got the hot tub and pool fixed and cleaned ready to use!
Overall a good experience staying at there hotel!!”

”TL;DR - STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Booked a "Queen, Jetted Tub" room for 5 nights (normal corner tub, not heart shaped one). When I arrived, I was put into a "Deluxe King Room". I was told that they didn't have any of the tub rooms available but there 'might' be one tomorrow. In the "Deluxe King" the smoke detector was ripped off the ceiling, the wall paper panels were pulled off the wall, but not quite enough to be fully removed. ”The property was clean. The bed was comfortable. The food was
excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our toilet lid needed to be replaced as the paint was worn down to the wood in a few places. Otherwise all was good.”

”The room was nice and luckily we were on the first as there is no elevator. The workout room was pathetic, with one treadmill, one elliptical, and a few dumbbells from 5 - 25 lbs. But was I was really disappointed by was the small continental breakfast.”

”We had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, cozy, and easy to access. The hotel is conveniently located near Mount Rushmore National Memorial, with plenty of nearby coffee shops and restaurants. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was decent and convenient for a quick start to the day.”

”The bathroom lights did not work. The flush was not working. I had to call multiple times to the staff.
