We loved our stay at this home, it was exactly what we needed! The house was great, the backyard was so peaceful and relaxing, and the view was absolutely beautiful. It's also in a perfect central location, close to everything. We go to Exuma every year, and it never fails to exceed our expectations, this home definitely added to another amazing trip!

First time trip to Exuma

Jennifer responded quickly to all messages, check in was easy. The house was perfect and fully stocked. The house is centrally located which worked great for our needs. We could relax at the house, paddle board, and snorkel. We just couldn’t get over how beautiful the view is. We will defiantly be back!

Relaxing by the sea

This property was amazing. There are four different types of seating outside all with spectacular ocean views. We spent A LOT of time on the shady porch out back but also sat with our feet in the private sandy beach. We used the kayaks and lawn games as well. The laundry room was great with what seemed like brand new machines which were very clean. The kitchen was small but well-stocked. We cooked all but two meals there. The dishwasher broke while we were there requiring us to hand-wash all our dishes which was a bummer, but obviously not something the owner could for see. She was almost immediately responsive when I let her know it leaked all over the floor and apologetic. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Absolutely Perfect Home Base for Relaxation and Adventure on Exuma

We stayed with a multigenerational family of 9 including teen kids. We never felt crowded and never ran out of hot water! The house has all the necessary amenities and more for cooking, water sports, and relaxation. Our host, Jennifer, was extremely communicative and helpful from booking to checkout. We found a broken paddle for one of the Kayaks --- we had a new paddle the same day. The beds and furniture were great and super comfortable. We loved the outdoor shower (with hot water) and the wash by the beach to get sand off. Even though we were next to other houses, the property felt very private. Some of us have been to Exuma 5 times, others 3 times. If we come back we would stay here again without reservation!

So Beautiful

Jennifer was very easy and quick to communicate with. We definitely had the most amazing view! The only reason for the 4 stars on accuracy is because there is no hot tub, which was in the profile. Would definitely stay there again.

Great house with beautiful views

We enjoyed our stay at the take it ease sea house. Jen was very helpful and responsive. They helped us with gathering groceries and recommendations while in Exuma. The location of the house is fantastic with easy access to restaurants and stores. There is a house being built next to the property but the noise was minimal as the workers are usually on break. The beds were comfy, tons of towels and beach toys for the kids and adults to use including water shoes for the rocky part of the beach. The one thing they didnt have was shampoo and toiletries so make sure to pack some. Overall we enjoyed our time at the house and will definitely be back.

Breathtaking views and perfect location

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home for our first visit to Exuma. Perfect central location to all areas of the island. Spacious porch with beautiful views, and snorkeling just steps away. We cooked every breakfast and dinner and the kitchen was Iwell stocked. It was nice to have all the water and beach accessories you needed as we visited many beaches. We could not have had a more perfect trip and will defiantly be back.

Beautiful location and amazing view! Loved the extra snorkeling gear as we are big into snorkeling and some of us brought our own equipment but others didn’t. Will definitely look to return here!

Girls trip to Exuma

The property was everything we expected plus more! Very clean and check in process was super simple. The house has everything you could think of needing, minus food and clothes of course. Plenty of toilet paper, lots of towels, clean water to drink, beach/water activity items enough for an entire family. Location was excellent, just a short drive from the airport. Private beach. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Could not have asked for more! Host was very friendly and great at communicating. Highly recommend this property.

Small piece of heaven on earth…

The property owner sweats the small things that we generally take for granted, but it speaks volumes about the many features and the quality of this villa. I could not think of anything that was missed, from the outside beach shower, to the selection of water-sports equipment. Exuma is a small piece of heaven if you explore the many crooks snd crannies, but if you just want to chill and stay, then this hits the spot. We will be back…

Family and friends trip to Exuma

We made a family trip to Exuma in 2022. When we got home, we immediately started planning a trip for June of this year; another great trip! I found our rental,Take it Ease Sea, in our budget and in a great location. The house was close to town, restaurants, grocery stores, a meat market and a beverage store. The house was amazing! Very clean and updated. We had plenty of room for 8 adults. The back yard was heavenly; filled with thick, luscious grass and white sand; places for sunning and shaded areas. We had plenty of water toys and snorkeling equipment to enjoy. We ate our meals on the covered veranda and lounged out there also. The water is beyond description and is steps away from the back door. We saw very few people on the beach and felt like we had Exuma to ourselves. It is an amazing house in an amazing place. Jen was very easy to communicate with and flexible with dates and check out times. Just a great stay! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Beautiful house

The property was beautiful and clean and well furnished. It was in a good location on the island and we were the only ones we ever saw on the beach there at the house. I really don't have anything negative to say about the house at all. I would highly recommend it if you are going to Exuma.

Amazing house!

Four friends & I rented this beautiful property. The house was beautiful, clean and the owner was super responsive. The beds were extremely comfortable, loved the outside shower and we made use of the nice, newer grill a couple of nights. When we discovered 2 of the beach chairs were broken, the owner arranged to have 2 new ones delivered the same day! This property truly exceeded all of our expectations in every way! I miss the view already! Thank you Jennifer!

Wonderful House

Great size, amenities and location of this house. The owner was very responsive to questions asked during and after booking. I didn’t rent a car but the location made it easy to get around Great Exuma via taxi. The one issue with check in is that the door lock code doesn’t become active until check in time, but I didn’t have any internet service at the property (until I could connect to the house WiFi) to pick up the code so we were locked out. Fortunately I had the caretaker’s number in my phone, called and she had the code. So be prepared that that could happen if you’re getting there right at check in. That was the only hiccup in a great stay during a great Exuma vacation. Thank you!

Slice of Paradise

Absolutely perfect getaway! The home matches the listing exactly which is what we wanted for our children and grandchildren’s week stay. We made use of everything the home had to offer from the comfortable furnishings inside and outside to all of the water toys for enjoying the beautiful turquoise water right in front of the house. Jennifer’s communication was impeccable. She went above and beyond to be sure our stay was perfect!
