”I couldn't even sleep all night. The room had a strong weed smell. It was a horrible experience”

”Very clean smooth check in nice staff. Very modern property close to stores and eateries. Comfy bed would definitely stay again.”

”Breakfast menu was very limited”

”Property was relatively clean, could have been better.”

”I reserved 3 rooms at this location. The hotel had plenty of parking in a nice and safe area well lit. The hotel rooms were a nice size however the carpets in the rooms were dirty. Upon entering the room it was clean however it had a smell and immediately I knew it was the carpet. I held a smell like wet sneakers. I accidentally walked on the carpet without slippers and was totally disgusted 😑. Consider removing the carpet.”

”The rooms were very clean. Had no problems getting any type of service. Rooms looked new. Building in a great for shopping and eating. I will recommend this studio to anyone. Well stay there again.”

”I didn’t like the fact that there were no updated tv in our room….when I reported a problem to the staff they did nothing to replace it. I didn’t like that the bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep, And there was one elevator working the whole time I was there!!!”

”Thank you!”

”Staff were very nice. A lot of surgical patients stay here. Room refrigerator doesn't have a freezer section to freeze the ice packs. It would be nice if freezer space were available to freeze the ice packs”

”Hotellin käytävillä tapetit kupruilivat siellä täällä, suihkussa shamppoo/saippuateline roikkui kahdella ruuvilla seinästä. Aamupala surkea. Ei siis alkuunkaan Marriott:in tason mukainen.”

”Kaikki hyvin”

”We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If...

”The first room was handicap room with a high step in tub, shower curtain was moldy and sink had a gap of 3/4 inch away from wall. We left for the day and came back at 9 pm the room was not cleaned or new towels left. After some talking we received a new room. Again a handicap room but it had a step in shower. they emptied the garbage that day, emptied garbage but bed was not made up.”
