”Thank you”

”The property was clean, communication was good and it was close to store and restaurants which made the location perfect for your short stay in Austin.”

”Great apartment that provided us with a comfortable place to stay while visiting family in the area. Checking in was easy, and we were pleased to be close to many amenities while being located in a quiet neighborhood.”

”I recommend this for your next stay”

”We had difficulty accessing the apartment, finding the gate and just opening the door. A deep cleaning was needed, couch is dirty, a the carpet between the bathroom & bedroom is un attached. Wish I had known to bring lotion & kleenex & face soap.”

”The place is very convenient, quiet, and clean. I’d give it five stars, but the coffee brewer is a not user friendly. That may seem small, but having to dress and go buy coffee, was not desirable.”

”For those of us who are used to hotels and in-person B&Bs, Boulevard Stays does a very poor job of explaining how the guest is supposed to deal with them and their property. The property itself is rather shabby and the studio was not well furnished. However the location in Austin's South Congress district, near Lady Bird Lake, was great.”
