Perfect from start to finish, and I have never said that in all our travels. We always have "if only they had done this" conversations. We let the chef, Elias, have free reign. Great location (right next door to the Cahal Pech archeological site). Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast and enjoyed a nice Belizean rum at the bar at night. Staff was great too. I plan on returning.
