”The address given on Expedia lead us down a dirt road to an empty place. We could never get in contact with the location even calling multiple times and we could not find the location. Very disappointed with Expedia with not confirmling a physical location. We ended up staying somewhere else. ”

”The property needs new management! We stayed two nights in the cottage with 2 kids in October month. The property has many technical problems with water leakage, sound system, staff organization, heating system Etc. Despite of high prices, we made a reservation for 2 nights. However, they checked out us in the system the next day and our cards were not working. We parked our car near our cottage and couldn’t depart because of the impenetrable barrier and there was no security service in time....

”Nice place to stay in Kazbegi, the property was sufficient in most ways. Close to the main road which has restaurants and taxis available. Beds were good. Room was clean Points to improve would be - hot water. Hot water was available but mostly it was warm to regular only. Microwave if available will be very helpful as heating/ reaheating of food was only possible with the stove. Major missing point was a storage cupboard. No place to hang your clothes or store them. ”The house is built around an old tree. Tree branches are in each room behind the glass. Very interesting design: saved the tree and built a house. Beautiful sea view. Hosts live next door. Always available for any kind of assistance. Very nice people. 100% recommended. One of a kind experience. ”

”Very nice unit with lovely small private pool and amazing sea view. Thanks for great Champagne! Not the best room breakfast ( mostly pancakes ) but very nice staying for one utif night. Last thing we wake up early morning due the sunrise came from the roof window that without cover. ”
