”Very nice unit with lovely small private pool and amazing sea view. Thanks for great Champagne! Not the best room breakfast ( mostly pancakes ) but very nice staying for one utif night. Last thing we wake up early morning due the sunrise came from the roof window that without cover. ”

”The address given on Expedia lead us down a dirt road to an empty place. We could never get in contact with the location even calling multiple times and we could not find the location. Very disappointed with Expedia with not confirmling a physical location. We ended up staying somewhere else. ”

”The property needs new management! We stayed two nights in the cottage with 2 kids in October month. The property has many technical problems with water leakage, sound system, staff organization, heating system Etc. Despite of high prices, we made a reservation for 2 nights. However, they checked out us in the system the next day and our cards were not working. We parked our car near our cottage and couldn’t depart because of the impenetrable barrier and there was no security service in time....

”Nice place to stay in Kazbegi, the property was sufficient in most ways. Close to the main road which has restaurants and taxis available. Beds were good. Room was clean Points to improve would be - hot water. Hot water was available but mostly it was warm to regular only. Microwave if available will be very helpful as heating/ reaheating of food was only possible with the stove. Major missing point was a storage cupboard. No place to hang your clothes or store them. ”Greeting palace to stay , The owner of the property is a very nice and helpful person. The owner of the residence provides delivery of food, drinks and hookahs to the place of residence. A place with a beautiful view of nature The cabin is very spacious. I recommend trying it”

"Saavuin keskiviikon ja torstain välisenä yönä. Vuorossa olleen vastaanottovirkailijan työ oli poikkeuksellisen hyvää – ystävällinen, huomaavainen ja ammattitaitoinen asiakaspalvelu teki sisäänkirjautumisesta sujuvaa ja antoi heti positiivisen ensivaikutelman hotellista. Kaikki toiveeni otettiin huomioon, ja hän oli aidosti kiinnostunut varmistamaan, että vierailuni sujuu hyvin. Hän auttoi minua ja sain lopulta taksin maksettua Majoituin hotellin neljännessä kerroksessa, joka oli mukavan hiljainen ja rauhallinen – täydellinen valinta, jos kaipaat lepoa tai työrauhaa. Huone oli siisti, hyvin varusteltu ja kaikin puolin viihtyisä. Kokonaisuutena erinomainen kokemus – kiitos erityisesti vastaanoton henkilökunnalle lämpimästä palvelusta!"
