”Great choice to stay in Stepantsminda. The hotel is walking distance to the main town if you want to eat there. Yet, food at the hotel is spectacular!! I had both breakfast and dinner, and they were both amazing. Staff is super friendly; they made my stay very enjoyable. Lastly, the view!! It is really, really nice.”

”We had 2 bookings with Expedia for 3 rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that they have only received 1 booking from Expedia. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. From our vast travel experience, we think most hotels would have expected us to call Expedia ourselves, to try and find out where our booking...

”Receptionist who checked us in was good, but rest of staff not welcoming at all. Room upgrade was ok but seemed unfinished or lack of furniture. Views on the mountains are amazing, If you can cover your sight and unsee all the trash around the property. Breakfast was quite good. Spa and swimming pool is available for extra charge but affordable. Can become an amazing hotel.”

”Nice place to stay in Kazbegi, the property was sufficient in most ways. Close to the main road which has restaurants and taxis available. Beds were good. Room was clean Points to improve would be - hot water. Hot water was available but mostly it was warm to regular only. Microwave if available will be very helpful as heating/ reaheating of food was only possible with the stove. Major missing point was a storage cupboard. No place to hang your clothes or store them.
