”I have stayed at this hotel three times now this year and it is my new Atlanta favorite. My primary reason is the staff; they make the hotel experience every stay. The culinary staff is my next favorite thing here. They pride themselves on the guest culinary experience and they do not disappoint. I enjoy eating at their restaurant, Reverence, every time but equally enjoy the offerings poolside for lunch. The food is always amazing. I highly, highly, highly recommend this property. ”

”I stayed at the Ritz Carlton - Atlanta from Friday 9/5 until Monday 9/8 for a solo family reunion trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the cleaning crew did an excellent job maintaining the room and everyday I returned from my adventures, the room was clean and tidy. "I stayed 5 nights. There was no warm water in the shower any morning. I got one night cash compensation for that as they were not able to fix the warm water.
The room was cleaned once during my 5 night stay.
Afterwards I found that hotel had charged an unmotivated charge of 261 USD om my CC without any authorization.
Now, I have tried to get this sum returned during weeks trough mails to hotel and also trough hotels.com.
Still, I have not received any explanation or receipt for why the hotel has charged my credit card without authorization.
As the next step I will now file a criminal complaint against the hotel for payment fraud."
