”I recently stayed at Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE, and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The noise from the elevator was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Despite my repeated requests to the hotel staff to address the issue or change my room, they were indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of concern for guest comfort is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay.”

”This hotel was beautiful! A group of us came in for a wedding for Memorial Day weekend, and last minute this hotel came up. I decided to cancel my other hotel & go with this and I'm glad i did! It's a stunning hotel & perfect location. 2 out of the 3 rooms were suites, so we had windows off Saint Charles/canal. Only minor downfall was it can be loud at night, but that's expected.
