”Auton saa hyvin parkkiin. Kiva uima-allas ja poreallas. Ulkoallas ei ollut lämmitetty, joten ei menty. Erilliset pyyhkeet altaille. Huone tilava ja siisti. Aamupala Ok, lisähinnasta sai tilata lämpimän englantilaisen aamupalan. Kaunis maisema. ”

”We are family of four with 2 kids and we booked the big deluxe cottage with double bedroom.
To be honest it was our best experience in uk ever.
Property is very well maintained and this cottage had kitchen as well, so well equipped that you can cook anything in there, giant living room and bedrooms also very spacious.
Property is done very tastefully with wooden floorings etc.
We travelled from Leicester and it was our first time in Cornwall and it was worthy.
There are trails and green area...

”The property is tired.
Some of the staff worked hard. Some were obviously inexperienced. But the big problem was there were not enough capable staff.
Long waiting times for food.
Ordering systems that failed.
Simple things like getting your own coffee at breakfast did not work.
Altogether a lack of energy and commitment to getting things right was missing.
No obvious management.
Fabulous views, great weather.
Frustrating hotel.
We stayed one night. Could not imagine staying longer.

”Ive stayed here a few times.
The rooms are really nice but it's the second time I've stayed out of about 4 times where the linen/towels have not been clean. I came to replace the towels by ultimately had to give up due to needing to leave. The room wasnt ever refreshed for the next night stay.
For the price (I paid about £400 for 2 days) it dosent really ever match up with the service, everything is too much trouble. Ive given it a few chances but there always seems to be so many friction...

”We love coming to your hotel as it gives us all the things we need.
Location is perfect surf shop for our fun. Unfortunately we always seem to have bad experiences with the restaurant it always gets sorted but would be nice if it didn’t happen.
On a brighter note the staff are fantastic and always there to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Many thanks.
