”The hotel services are weak. The restaurants in the garden area are fine but the staff realy needs inductions and training example staff moving cleaning equipments all time infront of the guest, very annoying. Also cleaning while the guests relax and enjoy the meal and outdoor atmosphere. Should be the cleaning done before guests or at nights or in quiet times?
Receptionist very rude, in order to pay the accommodation needs to be the reservation done by egyptin even though i show my egyptin...

”Good basic hotel, impoved breakfast (since the last time I visited Jan ’16) and nice restaurant staff. Reception staff not that knowledgeable on the nearby services.”

”This hotel is the perfect base to explore the Pyramids at Giza and Saqqara. We used their personalised entrance service to go directly to the pyramids without the usual entrance way which was nice - it’s not a glamorous entrance mind, but it’s very convenient. We also added the additional tour guide option which made exploring the site much more efficient as well as learning a few extra nuggets of local knowledge and historical insight.
The hotel itself is tucked away from the rest of Cairo in...
