From the terrace, you can step out into the beautiful garden, which features olive, grapefruit, and kumquat trees, lovely flowers, and a variety of herbs.<br><br>The bedrooms on the lower two levels have no doors and are separated mainly by curtains.<br>The piano in the living room is currently out of tune.<br><br><br>The old stone walls keep the house cool in the summer.<br>The brand-new heating system provides cozy warmth as needed in the spring, fall, and winter.<br><br>From various windows, you can see Lake Maggiore directly, with breathtaking sunrises.<br>All major windows are equipped with fly screens.<br>Guest access<br>Parking is across the street from "Corso Risorgimento, 289, 28823 Ghiffa" or in the parking garage, which is free.<br><br>You have 24/7 access to the house key, which is located in the safe near the front door of the house.<br><br>An “alimentari” (a small shop) is within walking distance of the house. It has everything you need, including fresh bread, fruits and vegetables, Italian cheese, and ham.<br>Additional important information<br>Free street parking and parking in the public parking garage are available just a 3-minute walk from the house.<br><br>Please note that the stairs are not childproofed for small children.<br><br>There are herbs in the garden that you are welcome to use.<br><br>A large table and plenty of chairs are available for cozy meals together on the terrace.<br><br>Sun loungers are available on the terrace and in the garden.<br><br>Washing machine in the basement.
