”Night staff help was unacceptable & seen 1 housekeeper in 3 days, asked for an extra towel (only given 2- for 2 guest) but told No & had to wait for room b cleaned (she was on phone entire time cleaning with it on speaker & speaking Spanish loud) ... 1st room was extremely disturbing with amount of roaches crawling, not clean, TV didn't work & after realizing no phone or TV remote. Went to office & remote provided still didn't work.. so couldn't watch TV at all...

”We were there for a funeral, so we did not use the pool. The hotel was great,; just the pullout bed was dirty from people using it as a couch and not being vacuumed in 2 different rooms. Breakfast was great!”

”I’m gonna start by saying that the staff in the front was good. But yet again I’ve been bamboozled by Hotels.com and Expedia into thinking I was going into a 9/10 experience. I wish they would fix this. Not only did I not receive the room on the picture. But all the halls smell like smoke and horrible food. Key card for room didn’t work after trying so hard to reprogram and the room smelled like raid and AC didn’t work 100%. Again I hope Expedia and Hotels.com fix this issue and start verifying...
