The internal space is organized on two floors as follows:

1st Floor:

- BEDROOM with French bed, chest of drawers, open wardrobe;

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs, armchair, pellet stove and access to the balcony;

- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, electric oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;

- FULL BATHROOM with slightly raised shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;

- BALCONY with sea view and bench;

2nd Floor:

- LIVING ROOM with chairs, bench, coffee table and access to the terrace;

- Splendid 75 m2 TERRACE with sea view, table, chairs, 4 sun loungers and umbrella;

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, 4 ceiling fans, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

ATTENTION:

-Building NOT equipped with a lift (stairs to access);

-Internal staircase to the apartment to reach the living room and terrace;

-No air conditioning;

-Quiet hours: 22.00-8.00.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs if possible, if there are no other guests leaving/incoming. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.

A member of our Team Taormina will contact you a few days before your arrival to organize your check-in. They will meet you at the apartment to hand you the keys and they will be at your disposal for any information and further assistance before and during your stay. We are available by phone, e-mail or Airbnb direct messaging service.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax.

This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service Alloggiati Web which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The lighting period and the daily duration of lighting depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Giardini Naxos Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from 8 December to 23 March.

For all check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:

From 20:30 to 22:30: EUR 25

From 22:30 to 00:00: EUR 35

It is not possible to organize check-in after 00:00, not even for a fee.

- The best way to visit the area is by car (it is possible to rent a car at Catania Fontanarossa Airport). There are paid parking lots (blue lines) near the building.

- From Catania-Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach Giardini Naxos thanks to the direct service provided by Etna Trasporti. The journey takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes and tickets can be purchased online, at the ticket offices outside the airport or directly on the bus. Alternatively, it is possible to take the train from the airport to Taormina-Giardini station, a 16-minute walk from the property.
